Case StudyPersonalized Healthcare
Desktop Metal exists to deliver on the vision of 3D printing — mass production. While at DM, I was part of a small team building out the health-focused arm of the business, Desktop Health.
Our challenge was to take Desktop Metal's existing design language and adapt it to build relationships with potential customers in the healthcare space.

Drug Discovery
Verge (now Verge Labs) uses human brain data and machine learning to find treatments for neurodegenerative disease. In 2024 I was brought in to rethink the identity, design system, and website as the company began working with larger pharma partners.
The identity is built around a single mark: an O drawn as four overlapping arcs, which reads as a cell, a lens, and the loop between data and drug. A dotted field derived from the mark carries across pattern, print, and the product interface, tightening and loosening to suggest data coming into focus. Everything else is kept restrained, with a tight palette and generous space, so the work feels rigorous and clear.

Consumer Trends
Spate analyzes millions of online consumer signals to identify the next big trends in the beauty, fashion, and health/wellness space.
I worked with Spate co-founder Yarden Horwitz to map out the design and flow of the landing page. I then took what I learned about the brand through that exercise and expanded it into a larger identity system.

Engineers, Planners, Surveyors
Logo and branding for a civil engineering firm that has been serving San Diego for 20+ years.
The challenge was to create an identity that built upon the trust the firm had already established, while also communicating their commitment to innovative problem-solving. Details like the water droplets in the logo reflect their specialty — storm water and hydraulic design.

Interview Series
An interview series spotlighting Arab and Arab-American creatives. I worked with Emmy-nominated journalist and host Rhana Natour to develop the look and feel of the series.
The goal was to avoid visuals that might be seen as cliche to a young Arab audience, and instead present a brand that is more youthful and modern.
